UBACE was formed to enrich the lives of all citizens of Quakertown and the surrounding communities in Upper Bucks County through awareness, appreciation for, and active participation in, the arts.
The Upper Bucks Alliance for Creative Expression is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting our youth through the arts. The programs and activities are available to all, regardless of age, race, creed, color, national or ethnic origin, and/or sexual orientation.
